InfraPulse was founded in San Francisco in 2021 by a team of infrastructure engineers and machine learning researchers who experienced firsthand the pain of managing thousands of devices with no temporal context. We asked a simple question: what if you could rewind your entire network like a video and see exactly how it evolved? That question became InfraPulse.
Today, InfraPulse serves over 500 enterprise customers across healthcare, finance, retail, and logistics — helping IT teams transform raw telemetry into actionable, time-aware intelligence. Our platform processes more than 4 billion snapshots and monitors over 18,000 devices daily from our headquarters at 525 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94105.

Our Story — From Problem to Platform
2021: Founding team builds first prototype after a 16-hour outage caused by a cascading switch firmware bug that no one saw coming. We realized that if we could query the past as easily as the present, the incident would have been prevented entirely.
2022: Beta launch with 12 enterprise customers; built first integrations with Workday and ServiceNow. Customer feedback shapes product roadmap around department capacity reports and HR system synchronization.
2023: Series A funding ($15M) enables team expansion; SOC 2 Type II certification achieved. Platform scales to support 500+ devices per customer; add predictive capacity planning based on historical trends.
2024–2025: Launch AI pattern recognition engine; expand to 500+ customers; open San Francisco office; introduce Infrastructure Evolution Timeline animation. Named to Gartner's Cool Vendors in Infrastructure Management.
2026 and Beyond: Expanding into predictive runbook generation, real-time anomaly detection, and cross-region infrastructure federation. Building InfraPulse as the operating system for understanding infrastructure as a living system, not a static inventory.
